Ladies Retreat!2008
A few Saturdays ago we had a Ladies Retreat.
Sis. Vernon was in charge of it. She
did a real good job.
Thank You,
Sis. Vernon, we appreciate all the hard work
you put into this Program.
Sarah Fry,
This is Garren Wolf's
Daughter.
She spoke so adequately on
"Living in the Real World"
Thank you Sarah for the good job
"Well Done"
This is Joyce and her sister, Linda that are here
sitting with me. I had a picture with all the ladies around
my table. Some how they got erased off of here. Sorry ladies.

They tried something that I have never heard of. They took a
strong ziplock bag, broke an egg or two in it, then they had a beautiful lazy suzan of all kinds of goodies that you put in with your egg to make an omlette. Put it in a pan of boiling water for about 10 minutes. Then you take it and dump it on your plate. It was so good.I had green onion chopped, shredded cheese, chopped ham, mushrooms and so much more. It was so good, mmmmmmm!

Here are some of the ladies in the food line.
Sis. Loper, Sis. Bazone, Tracy Bowen, and Mary Ellen Huff.

They had it at some barn. But it was a beautiful barn. With the beautiful kitchen.

Sorry Ladies I don't know everyone's name.
Starting at the left, Karen Carrol, Sue, Gale Wheatcraft, I believe on
the far right is Ruth Anne Willard.

Taleatha hard at work.

There was all kinds of food as you can see.

Some of the ladies having a good laugh during break.
I am sorry didn't get all the names second to left Mary Ellen, to the right
of her is Lenita Shillington, then the Pastor's wife, Sis. Wolfe.

We were asked to bring a purse that we no longer wanted, we could exchange. The ones I had my eye on were taken before I could get to them.

We also could bring an item for a Silent Auction. Didn't really see anything that I really needed. But there was a lot of nice things. If you look around the tennis table, in the background you can see an L-shape counter, that is the Silent Auction.

During one of the breaks Sis. Vernon had some of the ladies give some fun ideas
the first one was for the kitchen. She was so interesting I forgot to get her picture.
Sorry Taleatha you did a great job keeping things going. Thank you so much.

Then it was Tracy Bowen, she had some fun things,
going around asking questions, like tell something that you think know one knows about you. Thank you Tracy, that was fun.

Then Sis. Bozone Had a little Devotional. Great job Sis. Bazone.Sorry Sis. Bazone,I did have a picture of you on here. But some how it got erased. Sorry!

Before going home, Taleatha had gotten a delisous dinner for us.

It was all so good. Spiritually sound. As we were able to get to know each other a little better. Especially for me not really knowing anyone.I believe it was a good and prosporous day.

I would like to say a Big thank you to all of you that helped put this program together.

From those who helped set it up with the decorations, to the ones that help take it down.

You all did a great Job.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Job Well Done!

Hi, Sis. Gerard! Thanks for the comment. I hope you are enjoying Florida. We had a long, cold winter, but spring finally on its way!
