When I got home from Florida

When I got home from Florida, I found that Jim had the game table out and he has been working on puzzles while I was gone.

We had sent Jim a box for his birthday, yes he celebrated his day with out me. The pastor and some from the church helped him celebrate. I thought that was great.
Anyway, we had sent him this beautiful puzzle as one of his gifts. Thought to share it with you. He finished it today.(March 29 his birthday was the 2nd.)
I might say too, when I got home the house was in really great shape. Becky had come to me and told me that dad did most of it. It looked fantastic.
Becky had a night gown and a bag of sugar free candy laying on my bed when I got here. I thought that was so thoughtful. Thanks you guys for all that you did to Welcome me home.

Things I did while in Florida

One of the reasons I went to Florida
was to help care for the boys.
Ethan the oldest was in school.
Evan was in pre- scahool and went
with Mommy to work,
for she worked in a Dare Care near the
school Ethan attends.
The pictures here are of Easton,
the one above,
we were at the park.
He kept running under this palm tree
where the branch was hanging low.
He was having so much fun he wouldn't
let me take the picture.
I think he was playing with me.
I finally caught him a moment.
Yes, I got it.
Isn't he cute under the palm branch?
And yes it was that chilly to wear a jacket.

I am not sure what he was pointing at,
the shadows maybe?

This picture isn't good quality again sorry!
I took it at chapel the last Friday there.

Here is something more I did while in Florida

Hello!
Here are more that I want to share with you.
One of the things that I did while in Florida,
is to walk Ethan to and from school.
(That is how I got the tan that I have.)
I did that for awhile but it was to much for me
to take him to school.
So one of the neighbors, Kayla Martin,
said she would
pick Ethan up in the mornings for me.
It was so nice of her to do that,
it really helped me.
When we would go pick up Ethan after school,
We would see the class.
His Teach is the one on the right.
Mrs. Deckard,
the other is her Mother in law,
the other Mrs. Deckerd
Ethan is the one on the bottom row,
on the left in the white shirt.

One of the things that we did after we
picked up Ethan,
we would walk to the Bible Book Store,
buy a snack for each of them,
then walk to the park and would enjoy their snack and play.
We sometimes walked to a thrift store near by,
there is a free box,
they liked getting something out of that.
We a lot of times would walk to the fountain.
(sorry for some repeats of pictures)
When we would go to the fountain we
would go into the cafeteria for a snack
out of the vending machine.
They enjoyed doing that.
When they finished their snack they would run
around the fountain like they were racing.
Then when we got back home,
There were things that Ethan had to do
before he could play.
One of them were, he had to practice his violin.

When he would finish, if he hadn't already
changed his clothes,
He would do that.
Then he would find something
to do like in these pictures.
He would make things out of the building materials
Aunt Becky got him for Christmas.
Him and Evan really enjoy doing that.

A couple of times I took the three boys
to Wendy's, (the only fast food in Hobe Sound)
I would get them a frosty for a snack.

There is a lot more things to share what I did so,
keep watching for them.

The Flea Market

Going to the flea market they had a lot of booths.

They had horses there for the kids to ride.

Evan has been on a pony once.

But Ethan didn't want too!

Then Easton took his try at it and loved it.

Ethan finally said, Grandma I want to ride.

Must be he saw his little brother do it,

and decided it can't be that bad.

Activities I was able to do while in Florida

Hello again.
I just wanted to share some things with you that I did while I was in Florida, I am going to do it a blog at a time.

We went to a motel New Years Eve and celebrated.
The kids decided they wanted to go to the pool
So here are some shots of that.

The beautiful sky

We were on our way back to Ruth's, I believe from the fountain
when I caught this on my phone.
Though it may look cloudy outside
I think of how cloudy our lives can be and
still be beautiful on the inside.
God did help us while I was down there, Ruth
still could use our prayers,
she works at a Day Care, 2 & 3 year olds,
Evan the 2nd boy was going with her,
the oldest one Ethan is right next door in the Academy.
I was there to watch the baby until he turned 2.
We celebrated his 2nd Birthday Saturday
before I went to the Airport.
So he is able to go with her now also.
Please pray for her.
Rodney is in a Home in West Palm Beach a half and hour away.
He is there to get his meds regulated.
Please also pray for him,
May God Bless and Keep you in His care.
Love and prayers,
Eileen

We were at the fountain when this
was taken. Ethan enjoying the afternoon.

Here the three boys are enjoying the weather at the fountain,
which we went to almost everyday.
They liked it because if grandma had
any change she would let them go to the vending machine in the cafiteria.
As you can see on the left on bottom,
Evan had something before this picture was taken.

I'm Home

Yes I am back home now,
the picture I know doesn't look like it,
but I am.
The picture was taken two Saturdays ago,
at the Lion Country Safari in West Palm Beach, Florida.
I so enjoyed the park.
I even had a giraffe come up to me and lick my hand.
It was so neat to be able to pat a live giraffe.
They have other parts of the park where they had rides and paddle boating, pontoon it was so much fun.
They also have a water park for the kids,
the boys just loved it.
The picture here was after driving through and seeing all the wild animals.
Ruth did not tell the boys and I where we were going that day.
I had forgot the night before to check my phone to see if it needed to be charged.
So when I went to use it that morning I saw that it needed to be charged. So I shut it off.
I was not able to take any pictures with it.
Oh to have had that giraffe's picture would have been so cool.
The day was suppose to be a surprise that is why she didn't tell us.
She wanted to do something real special before grandma (me) went home.
So I wanted to let you all know that I am home now.
Now I need to get back into the groove of things around here.
Like having to wear my winter coat again. Yuck!
